I have been so far off my diet track.  I've been stressesd out!  family issues.. Work issues..  And I'm just eating crazy things.. the only good news is I have not gained any weight.. I'm just staying steady.  I really have goals I want to make by XMAS and I'm standing in my own way!
So...  I've decieded this is going to be my "transition" week back to HARD CORE dieting.  I'm not going to beat myself up.  I'm just going to commit to be 100% back on track by the end of the week.  So I'm going to start cutting all the bad things out tomorrow one by one..  Tomorrow I'm goign to post my plan for the week.. 

Tomorrow the 1st thing I'm going to do is increase my water.  2nd Take my vitamins.. 

I just to remind myself.. SLOW and Steady will the race!

Watch out!  I'm going to be a little crabby!

Back from vacation!

Ok.. I'm back from my trip to AZ.  Had a great time.  Spent the who week.. sunning myself.. and snacking on southwest food... YUM!  But now I'm ready to get back on track!
